What do others say about our program

Thinking of it, but never daring to imagine that doing a Master in London may become reality.  It was like a hidden dream until I participated at a seminar held by Ozana in Bucharest.  She presented us more alternatives, the best schools in London and I trusted her and choose Webster Graduate School, Regents College.  Now I know I did the best choice of my life, I have no doubt about it.

I started the Master in Finance Program in Oct 2007.  They are very flexible regarding the modules you choose, the starting date of the program, but very serious with attendance and studies.  And indeed the time spent here is very precious.  I got a lot of useful information, a lot of practical exercise.  Nobody goes home without understanding everything.  It is not easy, but the satisfaction is great.

Any time I needed advice or help, Bridge Study has been there for me.  They gave me all the information and support for applying to the program, for a scholarship, but also how to get a loan and other useful information.

Everything they said about the school was true, and coming here I was surprised to see enrolling at Webster students which were dissatisfied with other schools in London.  They changed schools, they lost money and time, but I think that's what happens when you do not have someone to advice you at the right time.

All I can say now is that I met wonderful people, I have a great time, moreover I am more confident in myself and I am really an open-minded person.

I thank Bridge Study (for me Ozana J) for all the help in achieving this.

The "Copenhagen adventure", as I like to call the CBS Full-Time MBA period when talking to my friends, was indeed a life time experience.
Yes, I remember when I was considering applying for the MBA program Ozana told me I would say so, but I could not believe it at the time.  If having to choose again, I would do this in a blink.

Now, back home in Romania, I feel stronger, more confident and lucky to have met so many wonderful people and have gained such expertise in the business field.  This confidence has improved both my private and professional life!

I am grateful to BRIDGE-STUDY for their professionalism and support during the application. They were always there for me providing prompt answers or suggestions to my various questions during the application period of time. They made things look easier to me. And now I am here, with my MBA completed, a new person!

Two years ago I was just a teenager whose main interest was mathematics and never thought of studying abroad. In April 2006 I met Ozana and everything changed. She was the one who made me change my dreams and want something else from life. For the first time, I made an important decision and acted on it.

I attended a presentation of Bridge-Study, and I realised I wanted to enroll in International Business, with European Business School of London. From that moment everything came so natural. Bridge-Study team was by my side in every step I took. They helped me prepare the essay on my personal statement and the entire application form, they submitted the application to the University and so on. Probably I wouldn't have succeeded by myself. Ozana's support and advice were more than necessary.

Now I truly believe that EBS will help me not only fulfill my potential but also get prepared for my future business career. This way, I think that Bridge-Study has opened my path to success. All I have to do now is to relax and enjoy the entire process. You can do it as well!

Diana Giusca has just returned from a Summer School at Concord College, where she spent "a month of dreams", as she calls it:

"It was a very interesting experience, much above my expectations. I had the opportunity to make friends from Spain, Italy, Russia, China, Sweden, Korea and other countries that I had not heard of before going to Concord, to discover what the cultural differences mean, subject that I had only heard on TV about. Besides English language, I have learned Spanish, which I now speak fluently, after only one month. Besides the main subjects, I chose courses in cooking and clothes design. I participated in different trips, and thus I was very busy during the month spent at Concord, doing things which I had not thought of before. After this experience, I am not questioning myself whether I wish to go to study in the UK, but when I will go. I realize the superior quality and conditions offered there and I cannot even compare them with those offered by the school I attend in Bucharest."

Studying in the UK seemed like a dream to me when I applied. But, after the dream was fulfilled and Cambridge Tutors College accepted me, I was left to actually face the new environment by myself. For someone like me, who has always been surrounded by friends and family, living in a new country was a test of maturity. Although I am still learning, everything has proved valuable. From the interesting customs to the studies, it has all been one hell of a ride.

In college, the lessons have proved to be both entertaining and informative. I find this system an interesting way to study as it engages the student and it is an easier way to learn. Although I expected to have a hard time in school, I found that it was quite easy to adapt (everyone was so friendly) and the grades were not so out of reach.

In Mathematics everything was at a medium level for me, only the exercises were explained much more clearly. Thus I got 69 out of 75 in a Mock Examination Test.

As for Economics, it proved to be a fascinating subject that gripped me from the start. Although it took a while to master the specific terms I was soon getting the maximum in both tests and homework.

The other subjects, Government and English Literature turned out to be much more engaging, stimulating both my thinking and writing skills. My grades in these turned out to be quite good. 'As' and 'A pluses' were soon coming in.

Overall, the teachers are very pleased with my progress and the college also provided me with spare time activities such as Newsletter (the college magazine), Debating Club (were I got the chance to exercise my oratory skills) and Young Enterprise (a firm composed of students that simulates a real business environment for 8 months). What I also found useful were the weekly tests. They are a great preparation for the real examinations, as we get used to timing our work and when we actually get in that situation we are as focused and prepared as anyone should be to get top marks.

The entire experience up to now has been incredible and even though, in the first few days, it was difficult to be without my loved ones, I am extremely happy with my decision to come and study at CTC. It is helping me to become a capable, responsible person with a high academic level.

I hope that others will get to experience something similar. It will change your life, you will become a better person!

Applying to an important college or university, with high hopes of being accepted, is never an easy task, but it can certainly be simplified if you get the right help. For me, the chance of getting in Cambridge Tutors College was thanks to Bridge Study, as in my search for the perfect scholarship I hadn't even come across this institution. The representatives of Bridge Study helped me a lot by providing tips and helpful advice meant to make my abilities and way of thinking stand out. Everything, from the application to the interview, was amazing! I gained a lot of experience and the people I met and the things I discussed truly broadened my horizons. Before talking to Ozana, I never really thought I'd have a good chance of being admitted in top colleges, but now I know it's not only possible but quite easy, as long as you're determined and you have the proper support. I am indeed very grateful for my success story, which probably wouldn't have come so soon if I hadn't met the right team to help me. An initiative like this, to aid those in search for a better education and future, can only be admired, as those just starting the pathway of life indeed are in need of support from those older and wiser than them.

Here I am at the end of my first two months as a student at Queen Mary, University of London. It all started with two week of social events...or better said, parties! Now...essays..essays...essays...! But I love it and whenever I feel homesick London surprises me again by showing me why it can be the most exciting place on Earth! It would be impossible not to fall in love with London. London is about multiculturalism, enjoying every aspect of life, diversity and as a student you have the chance to build a network of friends from all over the world. Ozana, you were right! London is the best choice! Of course I will never understand the English banking system, their traffic or why the food is so terrible. But that's what makes UK unique.

So, I enjoy living here, but I also have to study and I am more than happy to say that being a Politics student at Queen Mary really suits me. The academic system inevitable leads you to performance and combined with the study 'conditions' it motivates me to give the best that I can. What impresses me the most is the commitment to guide students, regardless of the problem type. The implementation is successful not only because of the teachers' willingness to understand and help, but also because of the Personal Advisor, a distinctive feature of the UK and Queen Mary, one of the most progressive universities, takes advantage of it as much as it can. I feel more connected with my Advisor than with any other teacher that I have ever had so far. I like my courses and studying at Queen Mary.

I like the environment, I am happy with the diversity of friends that I have-I am more than grateful to Bridge Study for assisting me in choosing London and Queen Mary.

Trinity is a very good choice where I especially appreciate the lecturers and the quality of the courses offered. I highly recommend the Romanian students interested in the tourism industry to apply at Trinity where they can get high quality education which will be very helpful in their tourism career. Trinity means work, seriousness, but also passion.

BRIDGE-STUDY's team has shown to me that I can be accepted for an MBA program in the UK. They were very helpful and they dealt with all my questions and clarifications. With their help in preparing my application, I managed to obtain a partial scholarship from Regent's College. Moreover, they gave me confidence in myself.
